You communicate directly with the client

At any time during the order fulfilment you can contact the client by message via the app. You can ask to specify the pick-up address or inform the client that you’re already there.

You can see the client’s location on the map

After accepting the order, you can see the client’s location on the map. You will avoid misunderstandings and you will easily find each other.

Return to Order History

You can find all accepted and rejected orders in the Order History. You can check where you went, from where, and how many orders you accepted and rejected. You can also write a message back to the client. Just find the order.
